RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy") apply to the goods (“Goods”) you purchase on the website located at, and all associated sites link to http://www.apeinstyle.com/ (collectively, the “Website"). The Website is the property of C98 Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (“Company”, we", "our", and "us"). By placing an order or making a purchase on the Website, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Conditions for Exchange, Return of Goods
1.1. The Policy only applies to Goods that fully meet the following conditions:
- Goods with errors or defects are identified as manufacturing errors or shipping errors of the Company that the Customer is unlikely to detect during the process of receiving the Goods;
- Goods are in intact, complete with packaging, boxes, bags, quantity of Goods;
- Goods are not scratched, cracked, damp, chemically exposed, and have been repaired;
- Unused Goods (except for returns due to technical errors); and
- You provide the Company with complete and valid invoices or order confirmation.
1.2. To clarify, the Policy also does not apply to cases where the Goods have errors or defects due to:
- Normal wear and tear of the Goods;
- Goods (original packaging, along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity, redemption cards) and free gifts) damaged by you.
- Damage caused by your intention, fraud or negligence;
- Damage during transportation due to your fault;
- Damage of Goods that cannot retain their original shape due to use of the Goods not in accordance with the functions prescribed by the Company;
- Your misuses or abuses the functions of the Goods;
- You change and modify the Goods (hardware, software) without the Company's written consent;
- Damage to the Goods due to environmental conditions during storage by you; or
- Causes due to force majeure events are objective events that occur beyond the knowledge and control of the parties, including but not limited to war (whether declared or not), floods, storms, earthquakes or other unusual natural phenomena or epidemics; riots, insurrections, acts of sabotage or similar events; strike or promulgate new laws or regulations of the local government where the force majeure event occurs.
2. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Subject to the terms and conditions in this Policy and the Terms of Use:
2.1. You may apply for return of the purchased Goods and/or refund within three (3) days from the date of receipt of the Goods. If the return is processed to be invalid, we will notify you and arrange for the Goods to be sent back to you. A delivery fee will be chargeable. If the return is processed to be valid, for incorrect Goods, we will deliver the correct Goods to you. For defective Goods, we will process your refund through the same mode of payment as the original purchase.
2.2. You may apply for exchange of the purchased Goods within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Goods.
The Goods must be shipped back to us via our appointed courier company. There will be no charge for returning Goods within the applicable return period.
We reserve the right to reject any return or refund requests that we deem invalid, unreasonable or unjustified and for any other reason whatsoever at our sole discretion.
